Terms & Condition

• Lessons may be booked singly as long as one lesson deposit is paid in advance.
• Pupils are advised NOT to pay more than 3 lessons in advance without confirming with the school, unless cheques are made payable to A PASS DRIVING SCHOOL.
• Refunds cannot be made after 3 months.
• THE SCHOOL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF A STUDENTS LESSON FEES.
• All pupils must be punctual, instructor will only wait for 15 mins.
• In the event of mechanical breakdown or other cause the School reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle or arrange a new time convenient to both parties.
• The School reserves the right to withhold the use for a School car for a government Driving test if the pupil is not up to the require standard.
• There is a separate charge of which includes a pre-test trial, as well as the use of the car during the test, we of course insure the car against all risks during training for the test.
• Fees are liable to increase with One week's prior notice to pupils.
• In the event of illness, pupils must produce a Doctor Certificate. Otherwise fees will be forfeited.
• The lesson fee shall be paid in advance of each lesson.
• Lessons may be postponed or cancelled, but at least 48 hours notice must be given, excluding Intensive Course, and Driving Test, for which we require 10 working days notice of cancellation, failure to comply with these conditions will result in the FULL relevant fees becoming due to the school.
• Please note these conditions will be strictly enforced with regard to evening weekend lessons, Intensive Course and Driving test.
• All cancellations are accepted only at the discretion of the school and ARE LIABLE TO BE CHARGED FOR.
